Forest bathing— inspired by the Japanese Shinrin-yoku—means “bathing in the forest.” Through targeted exercises that stimulate the senses, you immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature.
This experience promotes relaxation, trust, and connection. It helps teams get closer to their own values and strengths.
The session ends with a healthy snack and a drink made from local plants. Options range from half-day to full-day, and can include a seasonal lunch or team coaching.
