Who is the saboteur?

In this team building, one (or maybe several…) saboteur(s) join your team. Their mission? To make the tasks fail without being discovered. It’s up to you to collaborate, stay alert, and figure out who is working against you.

This team building combines active challenges, communication tasks, and tricky brain teasers. The assignments are varied so that everyone can use their talents. Collaboration and communication are central… but can you really trust your teammates?

Exciting interrogation rounds encourage interaction among participants. Colleagues get to know each other in a new way, while observation skills and people awareness are put to the test.

Before the workshop, each participant fills in an electronic questionnaire. Based on this, we form the groups and select the traitor(s). Timing is flexible: usually about 150 minutes, but the program can easily be integrated into a meeting, dinner, or expanded into a full day as a thread throughout an event or brainstorming session.
