The Others

The Others is an exciting team building activity inspired by the popular TV format “The Traitors.” Within the group are a few participants who are not who they seem to be. It’s up to you to uncover their true identity—before it’s too late.

At key moments, everyone gathers around the oval table for intense discussions and strategic conversations. Who will convince the group? Who will create doubt? And who is playing the smartest game? After each round, a vote determines the fate of the group.

By successfully completing challenging tasks, participants can protect themselves or earn an extra vote. Strategy, people skills, and persuasion are central. This game challenges teams to think tactically, collaborate, and critically observe one another.
