Firewalking
Guided by an experienced instructor, the workshop consists of three steps: a clear safety briefing, focused exercises to develop the right technique and mindset, and finally walking across glowing hot coals. Safety and focus are central throughout the experience.
Glasswalking
After a thorough briefing and several preparation exercises – such as standing on a bed of nails – you will walk across broken glass with the support of the group. For the more adventurous participants, a spectacular glass jump is available as an optional challenge.
