Practised outdoors, in the woods, using natural elements but also ropes and slacklines, Bootcamp, based on outdoor training, is made of challenges where focus and perseverance as well as teamwork are definitely assets! Bootcamp sessions are challenging, funny and adapted to the participants' physical abilities and hence suitable to all but do require some motivation and team spirit.
