Building together is one of the most powerful ways to help a team grow. In our Bamboo Experience, bamboo is used as a symbol of flexibility, resilience, and collaboration.

After a brief group brainstorming session around the construction theme, you work in smaller teams. Using simple materials such as bamboo sticks, elastic bands, banners, gutters, cardboard, and colorful fabrics, you create an impressive structure. Think giant marble runs, triumph arches, your own castle, a huge beach chair, or even a windmill.

Creativity, teamwork, and clear task distribution are essential to successfully complete the project. This “giant” assignment can be purely recreational, but it also provides strong added value as an in-depth team building activity with guidance from experienced coaches.
